Food Trucks & Tent/Table Vendors

*Daily Rate for special night events at the park is $50

Yes, it is FREE to park and sell at the Broadway Food Park, and even FREE to plug into the electrical outlets. You only need pay for evening special events, like Bike and Movie nights ($50), and if you wish to keep your truck/trailer at the Food Park overnight.

Permits and Taxes

All vendors must possess and visibly display valid licenses and permits as required by West Memphis and Arkansas authorities, including but not limited to Arkansas Department of Health permit (price varies depending if temporary or yearly. Yearly is preferred.) and City of West Memphis Yearly Food Truck Vendor permit ($150).

Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all taxes as required by law for prepared food vendors in West Memphis. This includes state, county, and city sales taxes, and a 3% Advertising and Promotions Prepared Food tax, which is remitted at the WM City Clerk's Office.

City of WM Food Truck Vendor permit questions should be addressed to the City Clerk at 205 S. Redding St., (870) 732-7510, and plane@westmemphisar.gov.

Once your email is received, someone will reach back out to you ASAP with a list of available spaces and a contract.
