2025 Broadway Food Truck Fest

Table Vendor Form

This form is for those wishing to have a table/tent/booth at the festival, NOT for Food Trucks.

The cost to be a Table Vendor is $25, and you are responsible for your own table/tent.

IF YOU ARE SELLING THINGS, you also need a current City of West Memphis Vendor Privilege License from the City Clerk's Office, 205 S. Redding St. or (870) 732-7510. If you are not selling items, you do not need a Vendor Privilege License from the City.

The set up location for Table Vendors will likely be on Graham Street between Thompson and Broadway. We will let you know for sure once we finalize set up with City police.

The event is from 10 a.m. -- 3 p.m., and you may begin setting up at 9 a.m.

Do you have a current City of West Memphis Privilege License?

Yes

If you do NOT have a current City of West Memphis Privilege License, please make sure you have your permit by the time of the event or you will not be allowed to participate, nor will you be eligible for a Table Vendor Fee refund.
